1. The service

Sentryn is a mobile application by Dawnward Labs ("we"). It runs entirely on your device; there is no account and no hosted service. These terms cover your use of the app and this website.

2. Trial

New installs include a 14-day trial with full functionality, no payment details required. After it ends, creating new commitments requires a subscription; reviewing and reflecting on your existing data stays available.

3. Subscription

The subscription is billed yearly through Google Play at the price shown before purchase ($19.99/year during the launch window; $39.99/year after). Cancellation, refunds, and renewal are handled through Google Play under Google's terms.

4. Your data

Your data lives on your device and is yours. We have no copy and cannot restore it — backups are your responsibility, using the encrypted export in the app. A lost backup passphrase cannot be recovered by anyone, including us.

5. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to circumvent the subscription, redistribute the app, or use it in violation of applicable law.

6. Disclaimer

Sentryn is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dawnward Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including missed reminders — device manufacturers' battery management can delay or suppress notifications outside our control.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of [CITY, STATE — SET BEFORE PUBLISHING].

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
